John Scott is a world-renowned practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and presents both National and International workshops. John has produced the best-selling book, Ashtanga Yoga and DVD. He was certified to teach by Shri K Pattabhi Jois in 1994, having studied with him in Mysore, India, since 1989.
In these Vancouver workshops, John will offer his insights and experiences of Ashtanga Yoga with a warm and generous teaching style that has endeared him to students worldwide. His clarity, precision and grace inspire practitioners of all levels.

2-Day Weekend Workshop
This Weekend workshop is a “part” of the 4 day Intensive with a 4-hour session each day and maximum 15 people. There are two classes held during these 4 hours (inclusive of an interval between classes). The first class is practice-based, the second is a technique/theory class. NZ$ 230.00.

A short journey through Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana To Dhyana.
4-Day Intensive Workshop
The workshop takes place over 4 days with a 4-hour session each day. There are two classes held during these 4 hours (inclusive of an interval between classes). The first class is practice-based, the second is a technique/theory class with a maximum of 60 people. In addition to the classes in the 2-Day Weekend Workshop above, the schedule includes the following sessions as well. NZ$ 460.00.
