Lino is highly respected for his thorough knowledge of the vinyasa method and elegant practice acquired through his many years of studies with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore.
Lino will during the workshop work with each student on an individual basis depending upon the progress of the students practice – give adjustments and add new aspects and finally introduce new asana into the practice. His perceptive adjustments and direct encouragements leads the students deeper and further into their practice – a step more on the yoga path!
Lino is following the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois both in form of the practice and the teaching. The learning is done through the practice and by experiencing the effects of doing – to discover your own potential and gain a quiet mind in a strong body!
Mysore Workshop
The intensive workshop with Lino starts Tuesday morning 30th of September and continues till Saturday 4th of October with individual start times every morning. 5 days of morning practices with early starts from 5.45 am – check the notice board at the shala for your start time. The door will be open at 5.30 and first start at 5.45 – Saturday the door will be open 6.30 and first start 6.45. If you have a need for early/late start please let us know when you sign up.
Led Classes
Lino will give classes for beginners and light trained on Thursday afternoon at 16.30 and Friday at 16.00. The classes will take about two hours and also give you the opportunity to join the mysore class Saturday morning around 8.30 am. This workshop is intended for you to go from led classes into the mysore style and there will be plenty of help to support and guide you.
Price
5 days 1000 Dkr, 4 days 850 Dkr, 3 days 650 Dkr and 2 days 450 Dkr. Single days 250 Danish kroner. For beginners joining the led classes and one mysore class the price is 600 Dkr for 3 days.
