I had a horrible experience at this place.The landlord doesn’t give any receipts or agreement in writing and later on goes back on his word ,eg. the rent amount,or the specified period of stay .He doesn’t speak in a respectable manner with women and talks very rudely and in an intimidating manner and is a liar.He always seems to double book his units and then creates a situation for the existing tenant .Because of no written agreement its his word against yours.I don’t know if its the same kind of intimidating attitude with the men,but if you are a single lady ,stay away from this place.
Besides,the walls are mouldy and there’s a serious problem with ants.I rarely ever had warm water (leave alone hot water ) from the solar heater. The Wi-fi has to be accessed from outside the room .
I really wish that I hadn’t stayed here … it was very stressful and unecessary.
