by Ashtanga - Google News on September 28, 2008

Announcing the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Retreat at an exquisite seaside resort in Hawaii from March 26th to April 22nd, 2009. Immerse in the Ashtanga Yoga practice in this 200 hour Yoga Certification course with Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Caroline Klebl. For additional information visit: http://www.sourceofyoga.com. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a highly effective method of Asana practice, which quickly builds strength, increases flexibility and clears toxins out of the body. INTENSIVE WORKSHOP WITH LINO MIELE
Tuesday 30th September – Saturday 4th October 2008
Yoga Shala on Vesterbrogade 24B in Copenhagen

Lino is highly respected for his thorough knowledge of the vinyasa method and elegant practice acquired through his many years of studies with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore.

Lino will during the workshop work with each student on an individual basis depending upon the progress of the students practice – give adjustments and add new aspects and finally introduce new asana into the practice. His perceptive adjustments and direct encouragements leads the students deeper and further into their practice – a step more on the yoga path!

Lino is following the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois both in form of the practice and the teaching. The learning is done through the practice and by experiencing the effects of doing – to discover your own potential and gain a quiet mind in a strong body! [click to continue...]
